How do the plans differ?
Three plans — Start at $59, Pro at $89, Crew at $199. Every plan is the same software: the bigger plans lift the limits on users, employees and trucks, and turn on the automation (automatic invoice sending, card charging, and the full alert set). A solo scooper is not paying for seats they do not have.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You'll be prompted to enter a card and continue on the plan you pick, from $59/month. Your trial runs with everything switched on, so you can see what each plan holds before you choose. If you decide not to continue, your account simply stops — no charges, no cancellation fees. We don't auto-charge without you knowing it's coming.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Create your account and get full access for 14 days with no card required. You only enter payment info if you decide to keep going after the trial.
How many users can I add?
Unlimited. Add every tech, office staff member, and manager at no extra cost. No per-user fees. Ever.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. It runs in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Set your country once and your invoices and card charges run in your own currency — USD, CAD, AUD, NZD or GBP.
Where do the included texts apply?
The US and Canada. Carriers in Australia, New Zealand and the UK charge several times more to deliver a text, so texting there is set up on request and priced by country — everything else works the same, and email alerts are included everywhere.
What's the SMS pricing?
In the US and Canada, texts are included with every plan — 500/month on Start, 1,000 on Pro, 2,000 on Crew, counted sent and received. Go over and you can add blocks of 500 for $15 each.
How does auto-routing pricing work?
Start includes 50 auto-routes a month, Pro 100, and Crew 1,000. Go over and 250 more are added automatically for $5 - your dispatcher is never stopped mid-day. Smart Lasso map selections are unlimited on every plan.
Are there any contracts or annual commitments?
None. Month to month, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
